This type of survey is performed in conjunction with a boundary survey with additional information on the topographic features that include contours, utilities, and other physical features (buildings, fences, elevations, trees, ditches, roads, water courses, embankments, etc.). This type of survey may be used by Engineers and/or Architects for the design of improvements or developments on a site.
